The night (s) reserved cannot be refunded, exchanged, or times, or resold even in the event of loss, theft of the proof of payment except in exceptional circumstances and by decision of the Paris Rome Hotel.

Cancellations / NON PRESENTATION
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the HOTEL PARIS ROME. The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of receipt of the institution.CHANGES :
Please note that any change in your booking will be passed and will involve the payment of the costs of cancellation except in exceptional cases and by decision of the Hotel Paris Rome.Conditions of booking for all stays / EXPENSES cancellation :
the amount of the expenses will be take on the credit card passed on the day of your reservation on our secure site or failure to the hotel desk .Cancellations received 30th day before the stay will be subject to compensation in the corresponding of cancellation the 30% deposit paid on the day of your booking.
- cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival 40% of the total amount of the stay
-In case of cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival 50% of the total amount of the stay.
in case of cancellation between 7 and 3 days prior the arrival 75% of the total amount of the stay.
- In case of cancellation between 3 days and the day of arrival 100% of the total amount of the stay.
